Aramark EMPOWER, launched in April 2011, enables business outcomes by driving leadership and development opportunities through the connection and engagement of women across the company. Aramark EMPOWER works to accelerate the advancement of women leaders through speaker series, professional workshops, mentoring opportunities and community outreach, while also advocating action for women in the workplace and beyond.
Through development programs, our EMPOWER ERG, and various partnerships, we’re dedicated to accelerating women — including women of color and trans women — into senior leadership positions. Five years ago, 0% of our board seats were held by women. Today, that number stands at 30%. And we’re just getting started.
